Pay-As-You-Go allows you to make a one-time purchase of credits, which you can use as needed until they are depleted. There is no monthly commitment. Monthly Plans are subscription-based. You pay each month and receive a number of credits based on your chosen plan.
Yes, you can upgrade to a new plan. Any unused credits from your old plan will be added to your new plan.
