Step 1 : Create a new account by registering your email with ExactVerify.

Step 2 : To confirm your email, click the link in the email we sent you.

Step 3 : Log in to unlock access to your ExactVerify account.

Step 4 : Navigate to the Upload Your File Page.

Step 5 : Select the mailbox you wish to validate, and then hit the Next button.

Step 6 : After dragging or uploading your CSV or TXT file, click the Preview button.

Step 7 : Select the email column that you'd like to verify, as shown on the upload page.

At the bottom of the Preview Your File page,

Use the first row as a Header? Click Yes if you want to omit the file's first line (or) if your file includes the email label.

Use the first row as a Header? Click No if you dont wish to omit the file's first line (or) if your file does not include the email label.

Remove Duplication:

If you dont wish to validate the duplicate records in your file, select Yes; otherwise, select No. Then hit the Validate button to start validation.

Step 8 : If you want to buy more than 50 credits, you can choose either a Monthly Plan or a Pay-as-you-go Plan.

Step 9 : Download your new clean list by accessing the Download My Results tab.

Step 10 : Once your file has finished processing, click on the Download options tab, which will pop out the options where you can download all the results (valid, invalid, catch-all, unknown, original, and other mailboxes) in zip file format.

Download Valid Emails: When you hit the Download Valid Emails option, only Valid emails will be downloaded in CSV file format.

Download Invalid Emails: When you hit the Download Invalid Emails option, only Invalid Emails will be downloaded in CSV file format.

Step 11 : Once you download the file, you will have access to the email validation results.

Restart:

If your file validation process gets aborted for any reason, the restart option will appear in the More Options tab. It will help you to resume your terminated process from the beginning.

If you want to restart the entire process, click Yes, or else click No.

Revalidate:

Use the revalidate option on the More Options tab to revalidate the same file.

Click Yes to revalidate the file once again; otherwise, click No.

Retry:

If your result includes email records that are assumed to be unknown, you can validate that particular email by clicking the retry option on the More Options tab.

Select Yes if you would like to retry the unknown emails again; otherwise, select No.
